If you were not registered in 2011, a copy of the player's birth certificate or passport is mandatory otherwise your registration cannot be processed and you will have to return at an alternate date and time to complete your registration.

Registration payment must be made by cash or cheque. Debit or Credit cards will not be accepted.

If you have found a jersey from previous years, please return it when you register. Thanks
